Fill out a Magnet School Application

 
Magnet schools are a choice in your child’s education.  If you are accepted into the magnet program, you must be willing to do the following:
  • Perform 18 service hours (per family) to the magnet school.
  • Make sure your child has good attendance.
  • Make sure your child follows the discipline policy as outlined in the Code of Acceptable Behavior published by the Hamilton County Department of Education.
  • Once registered at the magnet school, you must stay for the remainder of that school year.   No transfers to another Hamilton County School are allowed.

Students applying for grades 10-12 must be on track to graduate with their cohort group.

Tyner Academy will only accept applications for the incoming 9th Grade.
